伴隨著即將發行的《Monster Ball Tour》的DVD，一張名為《Born This Way the Remix》的Lady Gaga新作的混音專輯也將發行，這張15首歌曲的混音專輯將有Foster the People，RB歌手邁克爾-伍茲(Micheal Woods)等人鼎力助陣。《Born This Way the Remix》也是Lady Gaga繼去年的《The Remix》之後，再度發行專輯的混音版本。Lady Gaga在去年曾邀請寵物店男孩(Pet Shop Boys)，Passion Pit以及Alphahbeat等人加入她《The Fame Monster》的製作。據Nielsen統計，這張專輯在北美的銷量為24萬9千張。

在11月21日當天，Lady Gaga還將同時投下兩枚重磅炸彈，首先是專輯《Born This Way》的加長版本，這張加長版專輯的《Born This Way》將收錄17首歌曲。此外，一本由攝影師Terry Richardson所拍攝的Lady Gaga的畫冊也將在當天發行。而加長版的專輯《Born This Way》，《Remix》與《Monster Ball Tour》的DVD將會以《Born This Way,The Collection》的豪華套裝版發行。
